“Here at Nate Wade Subaru, we were using Sharp multifunctional copiers that were not only showing their age but were in desperate need of replacement. Nate Wade Subaru uses proprietary software that is not Windows based which is used to run our dealership. Any equipment we utilize for printing has to meet certain requirements in order to maintain correct formatting.

When ABS proposed the Lexmark MX810 MFP series, we were quite skeptical because of the time it might take to learn and use a different interface of another brand of copier. However, ABS came in and set up the Lexmark Copiers with printing, fax capability and multiple ways for us to scan documents. The end result was excellent; printing from our software was set up very quickly, especially when comparing how long it took ‘other copier companies’ with previous demonstration units. In particular, ABS was able to customize the interface of the Lexmark’s to a degree that initiating a scan from a long list of emails and shared folders on the network was extremely easy to navigate.

Working with ABS was a pleasant experience. They are a local company so response time is minimal. For those companies not looking for just ‘another copier company’ and have a need for fully networked office equipment with diverse solutions, I recommend Ability Business Solutions.”
